程序化运动干预对老年髋部骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓的应用效果

Effect of programmed exercise on the deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with hip fractures

目的 探讨程序化运动干预对老年髋部骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)的影响。方法 选取2021年6月至2022年6月收治的老年髋部骨折患者110例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组55例。对照给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上实施程序化运动干预。比较2组患者手术前后下肢深静脉血流速度、血浆D-二聚体变化情况以及DVT发生率。结果 术前,2组患者下肢静脉血流速度和血浆D-二聚体水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,术后1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d,试验组下肢静脉血流速度增加,血浆D-二聚体降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组DVT发生率为1.8%(1/55),对照组为12.5%(7/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 程序化运动可加快老年髋关节患者术后下肢静脉血流速度,降低DVT发生风险。

Objective To explore the effects of programmed exercise on the deep vein thrombosis(DVT) in elderly patients with hip fractures.Methods Totally,110 elderly patients with hip fractures admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were enrolled in the present study.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given routine nursing,and those in the experimental group were additionally given a programmed exercise intervention.Blood flow velocity of deep femoral vein,plasma D-dimer and incidence of DVT were compared between two groups.Results Before operation,there were no significant differences in blood flow velocity of deep femoral vein and plasma D-dimer between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1,3,5 and 7 days of surgery,the blood flow velocity of deep femoral vein was significantly higher and plasma D-dimer was significantly lower in the experimental group than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of DVT in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group(1.8% [1/55] vs 12.5% [7/55],P<0.05).Conclusion Programmed exercise can significantly increase the blood flow velocity of deep femoral vein,and reduce the incidence of DVT in elderly patients with hip fractures.
