基于CiteSpace的我国少数民族医学治疗膝骨关节炎的可视化分析

Visualized analysis of minority medicine for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in China based on CiteSpace

目的基于CiteSpace对我国少数民族医学治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的研究进行可视化分析,为少数民族医学治疗KOA提供参考。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台及维普资讯中文期刊服务平台数据库中2000—2023年我国7个少数民族医学(蒙医、维医、壮医、瑶医、藏医、苗医、傣医)治疗KOA的相关文献。采用CiteSpace 6.2.R2软件对纳入文献的年发文量、作者、机构和关键词进行可视化分析,并绘制知识图谱。结果共纳入527篇文献进行分析,2000—2023年我国少数民族医学治疗KOA的年发文量整体呈上升趋势,维医、苗医、蒙医、壮医已初步形成作者合作团队,该领域的学术研究成果主要集中在少数高校与其附属医院,同一地区机构的合作较为紧密,而跨区域机构之间的合作较少;共获得临床疗效、玻璃酸钠、蒙药等10个聚类关键词和骨关节炎、膝关节、沙疗等21个突现关键词。结论临床疗效、玻璃酸钠、蒙药等是少数民族医学治疗KOA领域的研究热点,作用机理、操作规范、疗效评价是受到重点关注的研究方向,但跨区域机构合作较少,仍有很大的提升空间。

Objective To visually analyzed the research on minority medicine for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)in China based on CiteSpace,so as to provide references for minority medicine in the treatment of KOA.Methods Literature related to 7 minority medicines(Mongolian Medicine,Uyghur Medicine,Zhuang Medicine,Yao Medicine,Tibetan Medicine,Miao Medicine,and Dai Medicine)for the treatment of KOA from 2000 to 2023 was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database Knowledge Service Platform,and VIP databases.The CiteSpace 6.2.R2 software was used to visually analyze the annual number of publications,authors,institutions,and keywords of the enrolled literature,and to draw a mapping knowledge domain.Results A total of 527 literature was enrolled to analyze,from 2000 to 2023,the annual number of publications for minority medicine in the treatment of KOA in China exhibited an overall upward trend.Uyghur Medicine,Miao Medicine,Mongolian Medicine,and Zhuang Medicine had initially formed a author cooperative group,and academic research results in this field were mainly concentrated in a few universities and their affiliated hospitals,and the cooperation between institutions in the same region was relatively close,while the cooperation between cross-regional institutions were less.A total of 10 cluster keywords in terms of clinical efficacy,sodium hyaluronate,Mongolian Medicine,etc.,and 21 burstness keywords with respect to osteoarthritis,knee joint,sand therapy,etc.,were obtained.Conclusion Clinical efficacy,sodium hyaluronate,and Mongolian Medicine,etc.,are the research hotspots in the field of minority medicine for the treatment of KOA.The mechanism of action,operation standards,and efficacy evaluation are the research directions that have received close attention.However,there is little cooperation between cross-regional institutions,and there is still a lot of room for improvement.
