间苯三酚对前置胎盘患者保胎成功率及胎盘超声血流指标的影响

Effects of phloroglucinol on fetal preservation success rate and ultrasound blood flow index of placenta previa patients

目的 探讨间苯三酚对前置胎盘患者保胎成功率及胎盘超声血流指标的影响。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年6月江西省鄱阳县人民医院收治的前置胎盘患者88例,按患者入院单尾号分组,单号为对照组、双号为观察组,各组均44例;对照组予常规治疗,观察组基于常规治疗予间苯三酚治疗;对比2组保胎成功率、胎盘超声血流指标[流量指数(FI)、血管流量指数(VFI)、血管化指数(VI)]、血清学指标[甲胎蛋白(AFP)、肌酸激酶(CK)、可溶性血管内皮细胞生长因子受体-1(SFlt-1)]及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组保胎成功率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FI、VFI、VI、AFP、CK、SFlt-1水平均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 前置胎盘患者采用间苯三酚治疗可提高保胎成功率,改善胎盘超声血流与血清学指标,且药物安全性好。

Objective To investigate the effects of phloroglucinol on the success rate of fetal preservation and ultrasound blood flow index of placenta previa patients.Methods A total of 88 patients with placenta previa admitted to the People's Hospital of Poyang County,Jiangxi Province from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into 44 patients in each group according to the end number of their admission slips,with the single number as control group and the even number as observation group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received phloroglucinol treatment based on conventional treatment.The success rate of fetal preservation,ultrasound blood flow index(FI),vascular flow index(VFI)vascularization index(VI),serological index(AFP),creatine kinase(CK),soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-i(sFlt-1l)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of fetal protection in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FI,VFI,VI,AFP,CK and SFlt-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of phloroglucinol in the treatment of placenta previa patients can improve the success rate of fetal preservation,improve the ultrasound blood flow and serological indexes of placenta,and the drug is safe.
