摘要
以DCP为交联剂,通过化学交联法进行PBAT改性处理。重点考查了DCP用量、挤出温度、挤出转速等交联工艺条件对于PBAT交联结构与性能的影响。实验结果表明,当挤出温度为180℃,挤出转速为80 r/min,DCP的加入量为1.50%,实验所制得的PBAT扩链产物熔融指数由32.48 g/10 min降为3.84 g/10 min;结晶温度由63.81℃提升到105.02℃;拉伸强度则由18.47 MPa提高到28.02 MPa。化学交联改性PBAT工艺简便,性能提升明显,具有较强的工业化应用前景。
Using DCP as the cross-linking agent,PBAT was modified by chemical cross-linking method.The effects of cross-linking process conditions such as DCP dosage,extrusion temperature,and extrusion speed on the cross-linking structure and properties of PBAT were mainly investigated.The experimental results showed that when the extrusion temperature was 180℃,the extrusion speed was 80 r/min,and the amount of DCP added was 1.50%,the melt index of the PBAT chain extension product obtained in the experiment decreased from 32.48 g/10 min to 3.84 g/10 min,the crystallization temperature increased from 63.81℃ to 105.02℃,the tensile strength increased from 18.47 MPa to 28.02 MPa.The chemical cross-linking modified PBAT process involved in this article is simple,with high performance improvement,and has strong industrial application prospects.
