摘要
为了更加快速、高效、准确地开展土壤中六价铬的定量检测,建立了微波消解法进行样品前处理,并经过离子交换除去基体干扰后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定土壤中的六价铬含量。将前处理的碱液消解过程采用微波消解技术替代了原先的磁力搅拌水浴加热的方法,并通过正交实验和控制变量法对影响检测结果的实验条件和因素进行优化,确定了最佳的实验参数条件,评估了所建立方法的有效性。在优化的条件参数下,采用所建立方法测定了36件土壤实际样品中的六价铬,并与标准规范所规定的方法进行方法比对,以期为更加高效、准确地进行土壤六价铬的定量检测提供新的技术方法支撑。
In order to carry out the quantitative determination of hexavalent chromium in soil more quickly,efficiently and accurately,a microwave digestion method was established for sample pretreatment,and the content of hexavalent chromium in soil was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry after matrix interference was removed by ion exchange.Microwave digestion technology is used to replace the original method of magnetic stirring water bath heating in the pretreatment alkali solution digestion process.The orthogonal experiment and control variable method are used to optimize the experimental conditions and factors that affect the detection results,determine the best experimental parameters and conditions,and evaluate the effectiveness of the established method.Under the optimized condition parameters,the hexavalent chromium in 36 soil samples was determined by the established method and compared with the method specified in the standard specification.It is expected to provide new method support for more efficient and accurate quantitative determination of hexavalent chromium in soil.
