转型发展及应用型人才培养背景下“分子生物学实验”教学改革的探索 被引量:1

摘要 为更好地达成应用型人才培养的教学目标,进一步提升分子生物学实验课教学质量,增强学生实践能力和综合素质,根据当前分子生物学实验教学面临的问题,从传统分子生物学实验课程的教学内容、教学手段及方法、课程反思和评价等方面开展了教学改革探讨。通过课后调查,学生学习参与度、创新性、成就感普遍提高,实验操作技术更加熟练,改革效果更加突出,为培养创新型、应用型、技能型人才,推进“分子生物学实验”教学改革,提升教学质量奠定基础。 In order to improve the teaching quality of molecular biology experiment course and to achieve the teaching goal of cultivating application-oriented talents,and enhance students′practical ability and comprehensive quality.We have carried out teaching reform and discussion from the aspects of teaching content,teaching means and methods,curriculum reflection and evaluation of traditional molecular biology experiment course based on the problems faced by the current molecular biology experiment teaching.Through the investigation after class,it is believed that students′participation in learning,innovation and sense of achievement are generally improved,their experimental operation skills are more skilled,and the reform effect is more prominent.Now we will summarize the reform means and achievements in these aspects,laying a foundation for training innovative,applied and skilled talents,promoting the reform of molecular biology experiment teaching,and improving the teaching quality.
