基于OBE理念的混合式教学在“高分子材料成型工艺与设备”课程中的应用与实践

摘要 “高分子材料成型工艺与设备”是高分子材料与工程专业的专业必修核心课程,该课程存在内容多、理论内容抽象难以理解、知识点分散、教学方式单一等问题。为提升教学质量,基于以成果为导向的OBE(Outcome Based Education)教学理念,从学习目标制定、教学过程优化、学习效果评价等方面进行教学改革。通过采用见习-仿真-实践教学相融合的混合式教学模式,进行专题式教学设计,强化知识点的处理,优化课程结构,成功开展了“高分子材料成型工艺与设备”课程的混合教学。实践表明:在OBE理念下,见习-仿真-实践教学相融合的混合式教学模式能较好地提升教学质量,有助于培养学生处理和解决实际问题的能力,但该教学模式还有待进一步完善。 Polymer Material Forming Technology and Equipment is a compulsory core course for the major of polymer materials and engineering.This course has problems such as excessive content,abstract theoretical content,scattered knowledge points,and single teaching methods.In order to improve the quality of teaching,based on the results oriented OBE(Output Based Education)teaching philosophy,teaching reform is carried out from the aspects of learning goal formulation,optimization of teaching process,evaluation of learning effectiveness,etc.By adopting a hybrid teaching mode that integrates internship simulation practical teaching,thematic teaching design is carried out,strengthening the processing of knowledge points,and optimizing the course structure,successfully conducted blended teaching for the course Polymer Material Forming Technology and Equipment.Practice has shown that under the OBE concept,a hybrid teaching model that integrates internship simulation practical teaching can effectively improve teaching quality and help cultivate students′ability to handle and solve practical problems.However,this teaching model still needs further improvement.
