融入课程思政的BOPPPS教学方案在护理实习生中的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨融入课程思政的BOPPPS教学方案在护理实习生中的应用效果。方法选取2022年8月-2023年7月的124名护理实习生为研究对象,按照实习时间先后分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用常规教学模式,试验组采用融入课程思政的BOPPPS教学模式,将思政元素融入到学习内容中。比较两组护生的理论和操作成绩、学习主动性评分和课程思政教学效果评价。结果试验组护生的理论和操作成绩分别为(92.36±6.24)分和(93.56±6.37)分,高于对照组的(83.42±7.35)分和(86.35±5.54)分,试验组学习主动性评分为(88.63±11.95)分,高于对照组的(71.74±10.26)分,试验组课程思政教学效果满意度为98.39%,高于对照组的88.71%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用融入课程思政的BOPPPS教学模式能够让护生更好地掌握理论知识和操作技能,调动学习积极性,有利于护生的思想政治教育,实现课程思政与专业教育协同效应,值得进一步推广。 Objective Discuss the application effect of BOPPPS teaching program integrated with curriculum ideology and politics in nursing interns.Methods A total of 124 nursing interns from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected,according to the practice time,it was divided into the control group and the experimental group successively.The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the BOPPPS teaching mode integrating the curriculum ideology and politics education of the course,and integrated the relevant ideological and political elements into the learning content.The theoretical and operational scores of nursing interns,learning initiative and curriculum ideology and politics teaching effect evaluation of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and operational scores of nursing interns in the experimental group were(92.36±6.24)and(93.56±6.37)higher than the control group(83.42±7.35)and(86.35±5.54),the total score of learning initiative was(88.63±11.95)higher than that of the control group(71.74±10.26),the satisfaction with the effect of curriculum ideology and politics teaching of nursing interns in the experimental group was 98.39%,which was higher than that of the control group by 88.71%.All of the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The BOPPPS teaching mode integrated into the course ideological and political education can enable nursing students to better master the theory and operation,mobilize the enthusiasm of learning,is conducive to the ideological and political education of nursing students,and realize the synergistic effect of course ideological and political education and professional education,which is worthy of further promotion.
