SHARE关怀理念对晚期肺癌患者负性情绪与睡眠质量的影响

The impact of SHARE care concept on negative emotions and sleep quality in patients with advanced lung cancer

目的探究SHARE关怀理念对晚期肺癌患者负性情绪与睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2023年1月-7月江西省肿瘤医院收治的60例晚期肺癌患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行SHARE关怀理念护理。比较两组负性情绪、睡眠质量、生存质量、护理满意度。结果两组护理1个月的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均降低,观察组较对照组低,两组肺癌患者生存质量测定量表(FACT-L V4.0)评分均升高,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论SHARE关怀理念护理可减轻晚期肺癌患者的负性情绪,改善其睡眠质量及生存质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the impact of SHARE care concept on negative emotions and sleep quality in patients with advanced lung cancer.Method Sixty patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received SHARE care concept care.Compare negative emotions,sleep quality,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results After one month,the scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)decreased in both groups after one month of nursing care,the observation group had a lower score than the control group,while the scores of the Quality of Life Scale(FACT-L V4.0)for lung cancer patients in both groups increased,the observation group had a higher score than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SHARE care concept nursing can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with advanced lung cancer,improve their sleep quality and quality of life,and increase nursing satisfaction.
