医联体模式下社区卫生服务中心老年失能患者压疮的预防及护理对策

Prevention and nursing countermeasures of pressure ulcer in elderly disabled patients in community health service center under the medical union model

压疮是老年失能患者常见的并发症之一,可极大程度影响患者身心健康,因此在日常护理工作中给予患者有效的护理干预,以预防压疮发生,显得十分必要。而社区卫生服务中心作为对老年失能患者提供护理服务的主体单位,其自身借助医联体平台,在医联体牵头单位的帮扶指导下,结合自身情况,可为老年失能患者提供更为全面的护理服务。因此,此文分析导致老年失能患者压疮发生的原因,并阐述在医联体模式下社区卫生服务中心对于该类患者压疮预防及护理对策,以期能为社区卫生服务中心护理人员今后在此类患者护理方案的改进方面提供一定的理论支持。

Pressure ulcer is one of the common complications of elderly disabled patients,which can greatly affect the physical and mental health of patients,so it is necessary to give patients effective nursing intervention in daily nursing work to prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcer.The community health service center,as the main unit to provide nursing services for elderly disabled patients,can provide more comprehensive nursing services for elderly disabled patients with the help and guidance of the leading unit of the medical association with the help of its own conditions.Therefore,this paper analyzes the causes of pressure ulcers in elderly disabled patients,and expounds the prevention and nursing countermeasures of pressure ulcers in community health service centers under the model of medical association,in order to provide certain theoretical support for the improvement of nursing programs for such patients in the future.
