如意金黄散外敷治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎的疗效分析

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of external application of Ruyi Jinhuang Powder in the treatment of acute simple appendicitis

目的观察分析如意金黄散外敷治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎疾病时的临床疗效。方法将西藏自治区人民医院急诊科、普通外科等科室于2021年7月-2022年7月收治的80例急性单纯性阑尾炎患者基于治疗药物的差异性,分为观察组(40例)、对照组(40例),两组均使用左氧氟沙星、阿莫西林、甲硝唑治疗;在此基础上,对照组患者加用阿奇霉素,观察组患者增加如意金黄散外敷治疗。对比两组患者总体治疗效果、用药治疗期间不良反应发生情况、不同时期(治疗前、治疗3d、治疗7d)的右下腹部VAS疼痛评分。结果①观察组患者的总体治疗有效率高达97.50%,高于对照组患者的70.00%,P<0.05。②观察组患者不良反应总发生率为0.00%,低于对照组的12.50%,P<0.05。③两组患者在接受治疗前,右下腹部VAS评分均超过6分,平均值未呈现出统计学差异性,P>0.05;接受治疗3天及7天后,两组患者的右下腹部VAS评分均逐渐降低,且观察组同期分值均低于对照组,评分均值均在统计学层面呈现出差异性,P<0.05。结论在常规西药(多种抗生素药物)的基础上,额外使用中药如意金黄散外敷治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎时,能够取得更加理想的治疗效果,安全性可得到保障。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of external application of Ruyi Jinhuang Powder in the treatment of acute simple appendicitis.Method 80 patients with acute simple appendicitis admitted to the emergency department and general surgery departments of our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were divided into two groups based on differences in treatment drugs:observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The drugs used in both groups included levofloxacin,amoxicillin,and metronidazole;the control group patients were additionally treated with azithromycin,while the observation group patients were additionally treated with external application of Ruyi Jinhuang Powder.Compare the overall treatment effectiveness,incidence of adverse reactions during medication treatment,and right lower abdominal VAS pain scores at different stages(before treatment,3 days of treatment,7 days of treatment)between the two groups of patients.Result①The overall treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group patients was as high as 97.50%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group patients,P<0.05.②The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 0.00%;lower than 12.50%of the control group,P<0.05.③Before receiving treatment,both groups of patients had VAS scores in their lower right abdomen exceeding 6 points,with no statistically significant difference in average values(P>0.05);after receiving treatment for 3 and 7 days,the right lower abdominal VAS scores of both groups of patients gradually decreased,but the observation group was lower than the control group during the same period,and the mean scores showed statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional Western medicine(multiple antibiotic drugs),the additional use of traditional Chinese medicine Ruyi Jinhuang Powder for external application in the treatment of acute simple appendicitis can achieve a more ideal treatment effect and ensure safety.
