摘要
钻芯法是检测基桩施工质量的重要检测方法,传统钻芯检测报告制作流程为数据录入和计算、柱状图编制、附件编制和报告正文编写等,各流程均以人工方式完成,存在报告编制效率低、数据关联互动能力差及报告错误难以审核发现等缺点。针对传统钻芯法检测报告人工编制方法的问题,文章介绍了一种报告自动生成技术,并在实际工作中得到应用和检验。该技术可以自动生成基桩钻芯检测报告,提升了报告编制效率,降低检测人员劳动强度,同时通过降低报告出错率达到了提升钻芯报告质量的效果。
Core drilling method is an important detection method to detect the construction quality of foundation piles.The traditional production process of core drilling inspection report includes data entry and calculation,histogram compilation,attachment compilation and report body compilation,etc.All the processes are completed manually,which has some shortcomings,such as low efficiency of report compilation,poor data association and interaction ability,and difficulty in checking and finding report errors.Aiming at the problem of traditional manual preparation method of core drilling test report,this paper introduces an automatic report generation technology,which has been applied and tested in practical work.This technology can automatically generate the test report of foundation pile core drilling,which improves the report preparation efficiency,reduces the labor intensity of inspectors,and at the same time,improves the test report by reducing the error rate of the report.
