摘要
文章对双轨式钢轨探伤仪工作原理以及结构组成进行了系统介绍,采用有限元方法计算了双轨式钢轨探伤仪车轮、车轴和车架强度,对双轨式钢轨探伤仪现场应用进行了论述。研究结果表明,双轨式钢轨探伤仪基于超声波原理对钢轨进行探伤,超声波检测系统是仪器的核心组成部分;双轨式钢轨探伤仪的车轮、车轴以及车架强度能够满足安全性要求;双轨式钢轨探伤仪在现场应用其伤损检出率大于90%,且夜间使用效果良好。
This paper systematically introduces the working principle and structure of the double-track rail flaw detector,calculates the strength of the wheel,axle,and frame of the double-track rail flaw detector by the finite element method,and discusses the field application of the double-track rail flaw detector.The research results show that the double-track rail flaw detector is based on the ultrasonic principle,and the ultrasonic detection system is the core component of the instrument.The strength of wheels,axles and frames of double-track rail flaw detectors can meet the safety requirements.The double-track rail flaw detector is applied in the field,its damage detection rate is over 90%,and the effect is good during night.
