近年来,随着地震灾害发生频率的增加,建立全面的地震灾害风险评价指标体系对评估潜在风险、减轻灾害影响至关重要。文章提出地震灾害风险评价指标体系的框架,包括研究区域的地震活动性、脆弱性和暴露性,运用定量与定性相结合的方法对相关数据进行分析,建立一个可靠精确的地震灾害风险评价指标体系。

In recent years,with the increasing frequency of earthquake disasters,it is very important to establish a comprehensive earthquake disaster risk assessment index system to assess potential risks and reduce the impact of disasters.The purpose of this paper is to put forward the framework of an earthquake disaster risk assessment index system and introduce the research methods used in this process.The proposed framework consists of three main aspects,including seismic activity,vulnerability,and exposure of the study area.Using quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the relevant data,a reliable and accurate earthquake disaster risk assessment index system is established.
