白酒企业采购业务闭环式管理模式研究

Study on Closed-loop Management Mode of Liquor Enterprise Purchasing Business

当前,白酒企业采购业务存在缺乏协同平台、缺少供应商系统、数字化水平低、监管控制力度不足、缺乏合理的贡献度量机制与协调激励机制等问题。对此,本文指出了采购业务闭环式管理模式的重要性,并提出了相关改进措施,旨在推动白酒企业持续创新发展。

At present,there are some problems in the purchase business of liquor enterprises,such as lack of collaboration platform,lack of supplier system,low digital level,insufficient supervision and control,lack of reasonable contribution measurement mechanism and coordination incentive mechanism.In this regard,this paper points out the importance of closed-loop management mode of procurement business,and puts forward relevant improvement measures to promote the sustainable innovation and development of liquor enterprises.
