摘要 近年,随着科技的进步,食品检测技术不断升级,检测方法不断创新,食品供应链的全球化使得食品流通更加复杂,不同国家、地区的食品安全标准存在差异,为食品检验检测质量控制带来了新的难题。基于此,本文深入分析了食品检验检测的质量控制,以及其中涉及的细节问题,旨在确保食品安全。 In recent years,with the advancement of technology,food testing technology has been continuously upgraded,testing methods have been constantly innovated,and the globalization of the food supply chain has made food circulation more complex.There are differences in food safety standards among different countries and regions,which has brought new challenges to the quality control of food inspection and testing.Based on this,this article deeply analyzes the quality control of food inspection and testing and the details involved,aiming to ensure food safety.
