摘要 产教融合是指产业与教育深度融合,通过学校与企业合作,共同培养具有实践能力和创新精神的高素质人才。随着人们生活水平的提高,餐饮行业的发展越来越迅速,对烹饪人才的需求也越来越大。本文分析了在产教融合背景下,中职烹饪专业教学的优化路径,旨在培养更多烹饪人才。 Industry education integration refers to the deep integration of industry and education,through cooperation between schools and enterprises,to jointly cultivate high-quality talents with practical abilities and innovative spirit.With the improvement of people's living standards,the development of the catering industry is becoming increasingly rapid,and the demand for cooking talents is also increasing.This article analyzes the optimization path of vocational culinary education in the context of industry education integration,aiming to cultivate more culinary talents.
