摘要
本研究采用液相色谱法测定了菜籽油、牡丹籽油、核桃油、胡麻油、文冠果油、紫苏油和橄榄油中维生素E的组成及含量,旨在为植物油生产企业开发特色食用植物油提供数据支撑。
This study used liquid chromatography to determine the composition and content of vitamin E in rapeseed oil,peony seed oil,walnut oil,sesame oil,wenguanguo oil,perilla oil,and olive oil.The aim is to provide data support for the development of characteristic edible vegetable oils for plant oil production enterprises.
