工业级蒸氨废液中主要组分的确定及检测

摘要 采用滴定法和分光光度法分别对工业级蒸氨废液中的总钙、氯化钙、八氨合氯化钙含量进行分析。确定了工业级蒸氨废液的主要组分并建立了其含量的测定方法,能够满足工业级蒸氨废液中的总钙、氯化钙、八氨合氯化钙含量测定的技术需求。为利用废弃的蒸氨废液制备钙盐提供基础数据,为企业进一步扩大生产开辟新的发展机遇,为解决蒸氨废液大量排放的难题奠定基础。工业级蒸氨废液得到合理有效利用,可减少资源浪费,减轻环境压力,实现经济、资源和环境的可持续发展。 The titration and spectrophotometry were used to analyze the contents of Ca,CaCl_(2),CaCl_(2)·8NH_(3) in the industrical deammoniation waste liquid.The main component in the industrical deammoniation waste liquid was determined and the determination method of its content was established.A method for the determination of the primary and secondary components in industrial deammoniation waste liquid was established,which can meet the technical requirements for the determination of Ca,CaCl_(2),CaCl_(2)·8NH_(3).To provide basic data for the research on the preparation of calcium salt from industrial deammoniation waste liquid.Open up new development opportunities for further expansion of production.It lays a foundation for solving the problem of mass discharge of industrial deammoniation waste liquid.Rational and effective utilization of industrical deammoniation waste liquid,reduced waste of resources.Reducing environmental pressure.Sustainable economic,resource and environmental development.
