气力输送系统在无水氯化镁颗粒输送上的应用

摘要 无水氯化镁原料具有易吸水性和强度差的特性,选择一种合适的输送方式成为关键。气力输送系统是通过消耗气流的一定动能,将物料在封闭的管道内沿着一定方向向前推送的过程,它具有输送管路完全密闭、输送物料不会被外界物质污染、输送管路布置灵活、占用空间较小、自动化程度高的特点。利用干燥过后的压缩空气作为输送气源,以低速的浓相气力输送无水氯化镁,不仅可阻断外界空气与无水氯化镁接触,防止空气中的水分污染无水氯化镁,输送时物料速度低,不易破碎,而且效率和自动化程度高,可大幅降低生产人工成本。 Anhydrous magnesium chloride raw material has the characteristics of easy water absorption and poor strength,and choosing a suitable transportation method becoming critical.The pneumatic conveying system is a process that consumes a certain amount of kinetic energy of the airflow and pushes materials forward in a certain direction in a closed pipeline.It has the characteristics of completely closed conveying pipelines,no pollution of external materials,flexible arrangement of conveying pipelines,small occupied space,and high degree of automation.Using dried compressed air as the transportation gas source,anhydrous magnesium chloride can be transported by low-speed dense phase pneumatic conveying.This not only blocks the contact between external air and anhydrous magnesium chloride,but also prevents water from polluting anhydrous magnesium chloride in the air.The material speed during transportation is low,it is not easy to break,and the efficiency and automation level are high,which can greatly reduce production labor costs.
