摘要
煤矿井下水泵是煤矿安全生产的主要设备之一,实现井下主排水泵房的远程控制与监测,是煤矿智能化建设的重要组成部分。目前煤矿水泵房主排水监控系统存在自动化、智能化、信息化程度低,人工操作劳动强度大,设备故障率高,系统故障排查难度大等一系列问题,严重影响煤矿的生产效率和经济效益。为此设计了以西门子300系列PLC为控制核心、基于上位机和下位机结合的矿井主排水系统多层网络控制结构[1],研制了集信息采集、数据处理、网络通讯、综合控制于一体的排水智能监控系统,根据人为意愿自主选择控制模式,同时加入智能算法,根据“移峰填谷”原则[2],有效地降低了排水作业人员的劳动强度、减少了设备故障率、提升了排水系统的自动化智能化水平,从而达到节能降耗、减员增效的目的。
The underground pump is one of the main equipments in coal mine safety production,the realization of remote control and monitoring of the underground main drainage pump house is an important part of the intelligent construction of coal mine.At present,there are a series of problems in the main drainage monitoring system of coal mine pump house,such as low degree of automation,intelligence and information,high labor intensity of manual operation,high rate of equipment failure and difficulty of system failure checking,etc.,it seriously affects the production efficiency and economic benefit of coal mine.For this reason,the author designed a multi-layer network control structure of mine main drainage system based on Siemens 300 Series PLC and the combination of upper computer and lower computer,an intelligent monitoring and control system for drainage,which integrates information collection,data processing,network communication and integrated control,is developed,according to the principle of“Shifting peak and filling valley”,the labor intensity of drainage workers is effectively reduced,the failure rate of equipment is reduced,and the level of automation and intelligence of drainage system is raised,so as to achieve the goal of energy saving,reducing staff and increasing efficiency.
