一种紧凑型高性能变频器柜体设计

Compact High Performance Frequency Converter Cabinet Design Analysis

摘要 为了提高工业应用中变频器的可靠性、适应性,降低成本、便于维护和定制化,提出一种紧凑型高性能变频器柜体的设计,着重分析了柜体的主回路部件选型和结构、防电弧以及电磁兼容方面的创新点,全系列产品顺利通过低电压指令和EMC指令型式试验并在已交付的项目中稳定运行,其创新优化思路和影响分析可以为变频器柜体的研发提供参考借鉴。 In order to improve reliability and feasibility of frequency converter in industry application,and decrease cost,easy to maintain and customize,a kind of compact high performance frequency converter cabinet design was introduced.The main circuit components type choosing,cabinet structure design,arc prevention and EMC design innovation points were analysed in detail.The series product has passed Low Voltage Directive and Electro Magnetic Compatibility Directive type tests and all products running stably in customer pilots projects.The idea of design optimization and influence analysis can give reference for frequency converter cabinet development.
