语言系统从古至今都是人类对生产生活实践的抽象化、主题化的产物。发展到今天,随着人工智能等新的生产方式的出现以及大数据、计算机和互联网等现代科学技术的参与,语言-数据越来越具有了生产资料的性质。对这一新型生产资料的认识,需要在重新把握语言-数据自身的能量构成和主客观相统一特征的基础上进行,需要在已经兴起的新型科技进步——它所形成的以语料库、数据库为基础的新的生产关系的建构中加以科学辩证地认识和把握。基于此,语言-数据将成为未来社会人类生产活动的最大资源。从这个意义上说,语言-数据资料必须成为国家的战略储备。
