狭小空间地铁区间隧道盾构洞内解体方案研究

摘要 盾构法是地铁区间隧道施工的常用方法。在无法设置接收井的情况下,盾构到达后需要进行洞内解体,但在狭小空间内进行盾构解体施工具有巨大的技术难度和施工风险。针对穗莞深城际铁路机前段隧道工程的多台盾构机连续解体问题,对施工过程中的盾构设备拆除过程复杂、隧道内拆除作业空间有限、双模盾构后退困难、衬砌模板受限、安全风险多等重点难点进行深入分析,制定与工程情况相配的施工方案和流程,提出多台盾构连续拆解的施工关键技术。通过对拆解方案的适用性分析,成功提升其经济性和拆解效率,研究成果可为狭小空间地铁区间盾构洞内解体工程提供参考。 Shield method is a widely adopted construction method for metro section tunnels.In situations where a receiving well is not available,in-tunnel disassembly of the shield upon arrival would become necessary.However,disassembling the shield in a confined space presents significant technical challenges and construction risks.This study addresses the issue of continuous dismantling of multiple shield machines in the tunnel construction project of the airport to the Qianhai section of the Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen intercity railway.Through an in-depth analysis of the key difficulties in the construction process,such as the complexity of shield equipment removal,limited workspace within the tunnel,difficulties in retracting double-mode shields,constraints on lining templates,and numerous safety risks,a construction scheme and process tailored to the engineering situation were developed.Additionally,key construction technologies for the continuous dismantling of multiple shield machines were proposed.Through a suitability analysis of the dismantling plan,successfully enhanced its economic viability and dismantling efficiency.The research results serve as a reference for shield in-tunnel disassembly projects in confined space metro sections.
