摘要
北京星火站枢纽区屋盖采用单层菱形网格结构,采用异位拼装、整体滑移施工方案,支撑体系主要由网格巨柱及V形撑组成。基于此,主要介绍钢结构施工关键技术,包括菱形网格屋盖拼装单元吊装、拼装,屋盖整体滑移,双螺栓扭转网格巨柱拼装单元吊装、拼装。基于施工全过程分析,验证施工方案,确定施工方案的可行性。
The roof of the hub area of Beijing Xinghuo Station is a single⁃layer diamond grid structure.The roof adopts the construction scheme of ectopic assembly and integral sliding.The support system is mainly composed of grid giant columns and V⁃shaped supports.Based on this,this paper mainly introduces the key technologies of steel structure construction,including the hoisting and assembling of diamond grid roof assembly unit,the integral sliding construction of roof,and the hoisting and assembling of double bolt torsion grid giant column assembly unit.Based on the analysis of the whole construction process,each construction plan is verified and the feasibility of the construction plan is determined.
