超大面积单层网壳结构滑移施工桅杆-斜拉索加强方案研究

摘要 由于单层网壳面外刚度较弱,整体滑移对其形态控制的要求较高。因此,需要精准控制其挠度,保证滑移过程结构应力与变形控制在安全范围内,同时为滑移就位时网壳和网格柱精准对接奠定基础。为控制屋盖挠度和应力,提出了单桅杆-斜拉索和V形桅杆-斜拉索两种屋盖加强方案。桅杆-斜拉索为自平衡体系,不会给滑移支撑胎架及纵向支撑桁架增加任何附加力,并且桅杆加强方案充分利用屋盖上部空间,不影响屋盖下起重机和施工设备等正常运作。研究发现,两种屋盖加强方案均能有效控制网壳挠度,并减小网壳和滑移轨道间V形撑压力。 Due to the weak out⁃of⁃plan stiffness of the single⁃layer grid shell,the integral sliding has higher requirements for its shape control.It is necessary to accurately control its deflection to ensure that the structural stress and deformation during the sliding process are controlled within a safe range,at the same time,it lays the foundation for the precise docking of the grid shell and the grid column when the sliding is in place.In order to control the deflection and stress of the roof,two roof strengthening schemes of single mast⁃cable and V⁃shaped mast⁃cable are proposed.The mast⁃cable is a self⁃balancing system,which will not add any additional force to the sliding support bed⁃jig and the longitudinal support truss,and the mast strengthening scheme makes full use of the upper space of the roof without affecting the normal operation of the crane and construction equipment under the roof.It is found that the two roof strengthening schemes can effectively control the deflection of the grid shell and reduce the V⁃shaped support pressure between the grid shell and the sliding track.
