达格列净治疗超重的老年2型糖尿病患者的效果

The effect of dapagliflozin in the treatment of elderly overweight type 2 diabetes patients

目的 探讨达格列净治疗老年超重2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法 选取安徽省军区合肥第二离职干部休养所2022年1月至6月就诊超重的老年2型糖尿病患者60例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。给予对照组二甲双胍联合格列齐特缓释片,给予观察组二甲双胍联合达格列净,所有患者均接受治疗12周。比较2组治疗前、后患者体重、腰围、体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。观察并记录2组治疗期间药物不良反应及低血糖的发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组及对照组FPG、HbA1c、LDL-C水平较治疗前均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后体重、BMI、腰围、TG水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组体重、BMI、腰围、LDL-C显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,对照组出现低血糖2例,观察组无明显药物不良反应及低血糖发生。结论 达格列净治疗老年超重2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效确切,可显著改善患者的血糖、体重、BMI、腰围及血脂。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of dapagliflozin in the treatment of elderly overweight type 2 diabetes patients.Methods Sixty elderly overweight type 2 diabetes patients who visited Anhui Provincial Military Region Hefei Second Retired Cadre Rehabilitation Center from January to June 2022 as the research objects,and randomly divided them into the control group and the test group,with 30 cases in each group.The body weight,waist circumference,Body Mass Index(BMI),fasting blood glucose(FPG),HbA1c,triglycerides(TG),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels were compared between two groups of patients before and after treatment.The occurrence of adverse drug reactions and hypoglycemia were observed and recorded during the two treatment periods.Results After treatment,the levels of FPG,HbA1c,and LDL-C in the experimental group and control group were significantly reduced compared to before treatment(P<0.05).The weight,BMI,waist circumference,and triglyceride levels in the experimental group were significantly reduced after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the experimental group showed a significant decrease in body weight,BMI,waist circumference,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels compared to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were 2 cases of hypoglycemia in the control group,and no significant adverse drug reactions or hypoglycemia occurred in the experimental group.Conclusions The clinical efficacy of dapagliflozin in the treatment of overweight elderly type 2 diabetes is confirmed,which can significantly improve blood sugar,weight,BMI,waist circumference and blood lipids.
