全身麻醉维持期单纯七氟烷吸入麻醉在老年直肠癌根治术患者中的应用效果观察

Effect of Sevoflurane Inhalation Anesthesia During General Anesthesia Maintenance in Elderly Patients Under-going Radical Resection of Rectal Cancer

目的:观察全身麻醉维持期单纯七氟烷吸入麻醉在老年直肠癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2022年1月至2023年1月收诊的老年直肠癌根治术患者80例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采用全身麻醉,观察组在对照组基础上全身麻醉维持期单纯七氟烷吸入,比较2组患者临床指标、认知功能评分、应激反应指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者手术时间以及苏醒时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);术前2组患者简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1 d、3 d 2组患者MMSE评分均低于术前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05);术前2组患者超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及丙二醛(MDA)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1 h 2组患者SOD、MDA评分均高于术前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:全身麻醉维持期单纯七氟烷吸入麻醉能缩短手术时间和苏醒时间,减少应激反应及术中出血量,提高患者术后认知功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia during general anesthesia maintenance in elderly patients undergoing radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods A total of 80eld-erly patients with radical resection of rectal cancer in our hospital from January 2022to January 2023were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40cases in each group.The control group received general anesthesia,and the observation group received sevoflurane inha-lation during the maintenance period of general anesthesia on the basis of the control group.The clinical in-dexes,cognitive function scores,stress response indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in MMSE scores between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).MMSE scores of both groups 1and 3days af-ter operation were lower than those before operation(P<0.05),which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of superox-ide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)between the two groups before operation(P>0.05),and the scores of SOD and MDA of both groups 1hafter operation were higher than those before operation(P<0.05),which was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Con-clusion Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia during the maintenance period of general anesthesia can shorten the operation time and recovery time,reduce the stress reaction and intraoperative blood loss,and improve the postoperative cognitive function of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
