中药熏洗联合个性化疼痛护理在混合痔患者术后的应用效果观察

Clinical Effect of Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Personalized Pain Nursing in Postoperative Pa-tients with Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:观察中药熏洗联合个性化疼痛护理在混合痔患者术后的应用效果。方法:将80例混合痔手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者实施常规护理与中药熏洗,观察组在常规护理的基础上增加中药熏洗联合个性化疼痛护理,比较2组患者术后疼痛程度、水肿消失时间、重建排便时间、创面愈合时间、术后并发症、护理依从性以及护理满意度。结果:干预前2组患者疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后1 d、3 d 2组患者疼痛评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者术后第1次排便疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者水肿消失时间、重建排便时间、创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合个性化疼痛护理可减轻患者术后疼痛,促进创面愈合,降低术后并发症发生率,提高护理依从性和满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with per-sonalized pain nursing in postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Total 80patients with mixed hemorrhoid operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing and Chinese medicine fumigation,and the observation group added Chinese medicine fumigation combined with personalized pain nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The postoperative pain degree,time of edema disappearing,time of defe-cation reconstruction,time of wound healing,postoperative complications,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).One and three days after intervention,the pain scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the first postoperative defecation was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The time of edema disappearance,defecation re-construction and wound healing were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate was significantly higher in the obser-vation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation com-bined with personalized pain nursing can alleviate postoperative pain,promote wound healing,reduce post-operative complications,and improve nursing compliance and satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical appli-cation.
