完带汤联合中药熏洗治疗霉菌性阴道炎的效果

Effects of Wandai Decoction Combined with Chinese Herbal Fumigation and Washing in Patients with Mycotic Vaginitis

目的探讨完带汤联合中药熏洗对霉菌性阴道炎患者的影响。方法前瞻性选取2021年2月至2023年3月河南省生殖妇产医院收治的94例霉菌性阴道炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各47例。两组患者均于经期结束第3天开始治疗,在治疗期间告知患者注意个人卫生并避免性生活,对照组服用完带汤治疗,观察组在服用完带汤基础上联合中药熏洗治疗,两组均连续治疗7 d。治疗结束,评估并比较两组的治疗效果;检测并对比两组患者治疗前后细胞因子[白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、微生态平衡指标[阴道清洁度、阴道pH值、菌群密度]水平,记录患者治疗期间的不良反应。结果经过治疗,相较于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率较高,细胞因子水平较低,微生态平衡指标改善情况较好(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用完带汤联合中药熏洗治疗霉菌性阴道炎患者,可有效降低细胞因子水平,改善微生态平衡,提高治疗效果,并且不会增加药物不良反应。

Objective To explore the effect of Wandai decoction combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing in patients with mycotic vaginitis.Methods Totally 94 patients with mycotic vaginitis were prospectively selected in Henan Reproductive and Obstetrics Hospital from February 2021 to March 2023.They were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 47 cases in each group.Both groups of patients began treatment on the third day after the end of their menstrual period.During the treatment period,patients were advised to pay attention to personal hygiene and avoid sexual activity.The control group patients were treated with Wandai decoction,while the observation group patients were treated with Wandai decoction combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing.Both groups received continuous treatment for 7 days.At the end of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Cytokines[interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and microecological balance indexes[vaginal cleanliness,vaginal pH,flora density]were detected and compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Results After treatment,compared to the control group,the observation group had a higher overall effective rate of treatment,lower levels of cytokines and better improvement in the microecological balance index(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of mycotic vaginitis with Wandai decoction combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing can effectively reduce the level of cytokines,improve the microecology balance,improve the treatment effect,and will not increase adverse drug reaction.
