康复护理在肩周炎患者臂丛麻醉下手法松解术后的应用效果

Application Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Shoulder Periarthritis After Manual Release Surgery Under Brachial Plexus Anesthesia

目的探讨康复护理在肩周炎患者臂丛麻醉下手法松解术后的应用效果。方法以驻马店市中心医院2022年2月至2023年1月收治的52例肩周炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(26例)和试验组(26例),两组均接受麻醉下手法松解术,对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受康复护理。于治疗前、治疗2周后采用肩部疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分(CMS)对两组患者肩关节疼痛和功能进行评定,并评价临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组VAS评分降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);CMS评分升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组的临床效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理方法相比,术后采用康复护理可促进肩关节功能恢复并减轻疼痛。

Objective To exploring the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with shoulder periarthritis after manual release surgery under brachial plexus anesthesia.Methods Fifty-two patients with shoulder periarthritis admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(26 cases)and an experimental group(26 cases).Both groups received hand release surgery under anesthesia,while control group received routine care and experimental group received rehabilitation care.Before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,shoulder pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and Constant-Murley score(CMS)were used to evaluate shoulder joint pain and function in two groups of patients,and clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups decreased,and experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05),the CMS score increased,and experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of experimental group after treatment was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing methods,postoperative rehabilitation nursing can promote shoulder joint function recovery and reduce pain.
