Diarrhea in piglets is one of the most prevalent diseases in pig farms and one of the main cau ses of reduced pig production.Diarrhea can lead to growth restriction,increased mortality and higher breeding cost of piglets.In this paper,the causes of piglet diarrhea are comprehensively described from the physiological characteristics of piglets,and effective prevention and control measures for piglet diar rhea are proposed by synthesizing the past experience and the latest research results.
