新型多功能病员服在胸腹部损伤患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effectiveness of new multifunctional patient gowns in patients with chest and abdominal injuries

目的:探讨新型多功能病员服在胸腹部损伤患者中的应用效果。方法:采用类实验研究设计,选取遵义医科大学附属医院急诊创伤病房2022年4—12月收治的85例胸腹部损伤患者作为对照组,2023年1—8月收治的91例患者作为试验组。对照组患者使用传统病员服,试验组患者使用新型多功能病员服,通过问卷调查和质性访谈评价患者和护理人员对病员服的满意度。结果:试验组患者对病员服舒适性、使用便利性及隐私保护性满意度评分分别为(4.07±0.76)分、(4.29±0.60)分、(4.19±0.77)分,高于对照组患者对病员服舒适性、使用便利性以及隐私保护性满意度评分(3.68±1.16)分、(3.25±1.08)分、(3.67±1.06)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参与质性访谈的10名护理人员均认为新型病员服在便利性、实用性、功能性方面较普通病员服有明显优势,有利于保护患者隐私,方便患者活动及医护人员观察患者伤口及引流管情况。结论:与传统病员服相比,新型多功能病员服有利于提高胸腹部损伤患者舒适性及使用便利性,且隐私保护功能较强,能提高患者满意度、护理工作效率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effectiveness of a new multifunctional patient gown in patients with chest and abdominal injuries.Methods A quasi-experimental research design was adopted,and 85 patients with chest and abdominal injuries admitted to the Emergency Trauma Ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from April 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the control group,while 91 patients admitted from January 2023 to August 2023 were selected as the experimental group.Patients in the control group used traditional patient gowns,while those in the experimental group used the new multifunctional patient gown.Patient and nursing staff satisfaction with the patient gowns was evaluated through questionnaire surveys and qualitative interviews.Results Patients in the experimental group scored significantly higher in terms of comfort(4.07±0.76),convenience of use(4.29±0.60),and privacy protection(4.19±0.77)compared to the respective satisfaction scores of the control group(3.68±1.16),(3.25±1.08),(3.67±1.06),with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).All 10 nursing staff participating in qualitative interviews believed that the new multifunctional patient gown had significant advantages in convenience,practicality,and functionality compared to traditional patient gowns,contributing to the protection of patient privacy and facilitating patient activities,as well as the observation of patient wounds and drainage tube conditions by medical staff.Conclusions Compared with traditional patient gowns,the new multifunctional patient gown is beneficial for improving the comfort and convenience of patients with chest and abdominal injuries.It also has a strong privacy protection function,enhancing patient satisfaction and nursing efficiency.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
