基于二象对偶理论的景区价值溢出效应测评——以普者黑景区为例

Assessment of Scenic Spots Value Spillover Effects Based on the Duality Theory:A Case Study of Puzhehei Scenic Area

以成长型景区普者黑与周边社区典型的不均衡发展关系为例,借用溢出效应理论衡量在外扩力与内聚力影响叠加作用下,旅游区对周边社区经济、社会、文化价值的外部性效应,再基于二象对偶理论的动态研究法完善理论结构与测度模型.研究发现,旅游价值溢出是在极化与扩散效应推拉过程中逐渐演化的,旅游价值溢出客观存在且不能忽视负溢出带来的发展剥夺作用,旅游区对周边社区的负外部性形成与忽视系统过程发展有关.为了实现旅游区与社区共建共享,需要平衡外扩力与内聚力、关注旅游价值溢出过程系统等方面.

Taking the imbalanced development relationship between the growing scenic area Puzhehei and the surrounding community as an example,this paper employs the spillover effect theory to measure the external effects of the tourist area on the economic,social and cultural values of the surrounding community,considering the combined impact of outward expansion and internal cohesion forces.Furthermore,it enhances the theoretical framework and measurement model through a dynamic research approach based on the duality theory.Research findings indicate that tourism value spillover gradually evolves during the push-pull process of polarization and diffusion effects.The objective existence of tourism value spillover cannot be ignored,and the negative impact of spillover,leading to development deprivation,is related to the neglect of negative externalities from the tourist area on the surrounding community and the oversight of system process development.Therefore,to realize co-construction and sharing of tourist area and the community,it is necessary to balance outward expansion forces and internal cohesive forces and pay attention to the system aspects of the tourism value spillover process.
