党的二十大顺利召开,谱写了未来美丽华章,对落实碳达峰、碳中和目标任务促进经济社会发展全面绿色转型也做出了部署。面对国际环境保护、节能降碳,实现碳达峰、碳中和的大环境,中国积极回应,制定合理的目标与政策支持,甘肃省也根据中央要求及省情,逐步完成“双碳”目标实现经济社会发展全面绿色转型,针对在此过程中出现的诸多困境,也在不断地进行实践,探索其解决之道。

The 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China was successfully held,which has wr ten a beautiful chapter in the future,and also made a deployment to implement the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization to promote the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development.In the face of the environment of international environmental protection,energy conservation and carbon reduction,and the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutral,China has positively responded and formulated reasonable goals and policy support.Gansu Province has also gradually completed the"double carbon"goal to achieve the overall green transformation of economic and social development according to the requirements of the central government and the provincial conditions.As well as constantly explore ways to solve the difficulties in the process of transformation.
