Bibliometric visualization analysis of intense pulsed light applied to dry eye

目的 文献计量学分析近年强脉冲光在干眼领域的相关应用,全面了解其研究现状、发展趋势及关注热点。方法 文献来源于Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库、中国知网(CNKI)数据库,检索时间2013-01-01至2022-12-31,使用CiteSpace 5.7.R5对发文量、国家、期刊等进行可视化分析。结果 该领域发文量总体呈现上升趋势;全球共有70个机构开展了对该领域的研究,目前中国为发文量最多的国家;研究主要集中在睑板腺功能障碍性干眼,并结合了特有的中医疗法。结论 强脉冲光应用于干眼领域的研究还较为新颖,仍处于不断探索阶段,本研究所示结果可提供一定参考。

Objective Using CiteSpace bibliometrics visualization to analyze the literature related to intense pulsed light in the dry eye area in recent years,comprehensively understand the research status,development trend,and predict the future development prospects and hot spots.Methods Literature published from 2013-01-01 to 2022-12-31 was retrieved from the Web of Science(WOS)database and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database.The CiteSpace 5.7.R5 software was used for visual analysis of the number of publications,countries,journals,authors and keywords at home and abroad.Results Analyzing annual publication volume,it can be concluded that WOS has obtained a total of 111 valid literature,and the CNKI database has obtained 75 valid literature.The overall number of publications shows an upward trend.Currently China has the highest number of publications with the highest centrality in global research in this field The.collaboration network map of institutions displays 70 institutions worldwide conducting research in this field,but the cooperation between domestic and foreign institutions or authors is relatively weak and scattered.The research on intense pulsed light in the dry eye area at the meibomian gland level is relatively concentrated at home and abroad.In addition,by combining unique traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods explorations are underway at home.Conclusion The research of intense pulsed light applied to dry eye is still original and is still in the exploration phase.The results can be used as a reference,focusing further research on intense pulsed light applied to meibomian gland dry eye,and expanding and extending exploration in this field.
