复合环境老化对光伏镀膜玻璃膜层的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 为能快速检测和评价光伏镀膜玻璃在不同典型户外环境下的性能,了解和分析环境因素对光伏镀膜玻璃的影响,该文分析了PCT加速老化试验、紫外湿热试验、紫外湿冻试验、紫外热循环试验等不同复合环境老化试验对光伏镀膜玻璃性能的影响,并探讨了不同环境因素对光伏镀膜玻璃性能影响的机理。研究表明,环境老化试验后光伏镀膜玻璃的性能变化主要和环境中的水汽有关,且温度和湿度越高,性能下降越明显。破坏机理主要是由于水汽进入基体反应并释放游离金属离子,造成膜孔堵塞和膜层破损。PCT48、紫外湿热、紫外湿冻试验之后,镀膜玻璃的光学性能有明显下降,且膜层结构均有破损。然而紫外热循环试验后膜层比较完整,光学性能变化较小。因此,在光伏产品选型时,可根据实际户外使用环境选择不同特性的光伏镀膜玻璃产品。 To rapidly test and evaluate the performance of photovoltaic coated glass in different typical outdoor environments,and to understand and analyze the influence of environmental factors on photovoltaic coated glass,the effects of different environmental aging tests such as PCT accelerated aging test,ultraviolet damp heat test,ultraviolet humidity freeze test and ultraviolet thermal cycle test,on the properties of coated glass were analyzed,and the mechanism of the influence of different environmental factors on the properties of coated glass was also studied in this paper.The results show that the performance of the film after environmental aging test is mainly related to the water vapor in the environment,and the higher the temperature and humidity,the more obvious the performance degradation.The film damage is mainly due to the water vapor entering the matrix reaction and releasing free metal ions,resulting in membrane pore blockage and film damage.After PCT48,UV damp heat and UV humidity freeze tests,the optical properties of the coated glass decreased significantly,and the film structure was damaged.In contrast,the film after the UV thermal cycle test was relatively complete and the optical performance changed little.Thus,photovoltaic coated glass with different characteristics can be selected according to the actual outdoor use environment when in the product selection.
