高黏沥青用温拌剂的优选及其性能评价

摘要 该研究选取了不同类型的温拌剂制备高黏沥青,以软化点、25℃针入度、5℃延度、135℃布什黏度、60℃动力黏度确定度和热存储稳定性为评价指标,优选确定了合适的温拌剂类型及最佳掺量。结果表明,温拌剂的加入可有效降低135℃布什黏度,改善其施工和易性。同时随着温拌剂掺量的增加,高温性能、粘附力和热存储稳定性也随之提高,但其低温性能降低。综合考虑,确定温拌剂的种类为LQW-0400、最佳掺量为2.5%。 This study investigates the effects of three different warm mix additives on the softening point,25℃ needle penetration degree,5℃ ductility,135℃ kinematic viscosity,60℃ dynamic viscosity and thermal storage stability of high viscosity bitumen.The type and optimal dosage of warm mix additives were determined.The results show that the addition of warm mixing agent can effectively reduce the 135℃ kinematic viscosity,and improve the workability.At the same time,with the increasing amount of warm mix agent,the high temperature performance,adhesion and thermal storage stability are also improved,but the low temperature performance is decreased.After comprehensive consideration,the optimal type and dosage are determined to be LQW-0400 and 2.5%.
