有机坡缕石改性沥青老化性能及流变性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用沥青三大指标试验和旋转薄膜试验系统研究了有机坡缕石对沥青老化性能的影响规律,借助旋转黏度试验和低温流变性能试验(BBR)对有机坡缕石改性沥青的流变性能进行了系统研究。试验结果表明,随着有机坡缕石掺量的增加,改性沥青的针入度和延度呈降低趋势,软化点呈增高趋势,残留针入度比呈增高趋势,软化点增量和残留延度呈下降趋势,表明有机坡缕石的加入使得沥青变稠而且可以改善沥青的抗老化性能;掺量为20%的有机坡缕石改性沥青增黏幅度达43.5%,沥青胶浆蠕变模量S值为278.4MPa,蠕变速率m值为0.482,表明添加较大掺量有机坡缕石能够增加沥青黏度,同时更有利于改善沥青胶浆的低温性能。 The influence of organic palygorskite on asphalt aging performance was studied by using three asphalt index tests and rotating film test.The rheological properties of organic palygorskite modified asphalt were studied by rotational viscosity test and low temperature rheological test(BBR).The results showed that,with the increase of organic palygorskite content,the indexes of modified asphalt were changed,such as penetration and ductility decreased,softening point increased,residual penetration ratio increased,softening point increment and residual ductility decreased.It is indicated that the addition of organic palygorskite made the asphalt thickened and the anti-aging performance of SBS modified asphalt improved.The organic palygorskite modified asphalt with 20%content made the viscosity increased by 43.5%,the creep modulus value of asphalt mortar was 278.4 MPa,and the creep rate value was 0.482.Indicated that the addition of a large amount of organic palygorskite made the viscosity of asphalt increased and the low temperature performance of asphalt mortar improved.
