不同入路途径机器人辅助腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术的研究进展

Advances in robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy with different approaches

随着科技的进步,机器人辅助腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术逐渐变成局限性前列腺癌的重要治疗策略,而且可以更好地实现“长期肿瘤控制、尿控恢复、术后切缘阴性、勃起功能保留、减少术后并发症”五连胜,提高了前列腺癌的手术治疗效果。本综述讨论了不同的前列腺癌根治手术入路以及各自的优势及局限性,便于泌尿外科医师更深层次地认识根治性前列腺切除术,从而更好地根据自身的优势进行术式的学习,根据患者的情况进行术式的选择。

With the advancement of technology,robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy has become an important method in the treatment of localized prostate cancer,laying a foundation for pentafecta rate of"cancer control,urinary continence,absence of positive surgical margins,potency,and absence of complications".This review discusses different surgical approaches and their advantages and disadvantages,so that urologists have a deeper understanding and facilitate better learning and selection.
