脱油油樟叶水浸提液对水稻秧苗生长及耐冷性的影响

Effects of Water Extract of Deoiling Cinnamomum longepaniculatum Leaves on the Growth and Cold Resistance of Rice Seedlings

摘要 油樟是四川地区重要的经济树种,随着油樟精油提取加工业规模扩大,脱油叶片残渣越来越多,其资源化利用成为必须解决的关键问题。本研究以水稻品种德香4103和宜香优2115为材料,进行不同浓度的脱油油樟叶水浸提液(YZ)喷施试验,研究YZ对水稻秧苗生长及耐冷性的影响。结果表明,常温培养下适当浓度的YZ显著促进地上部鲜重、苗高、叶龄的提高;德香4103和宜香优2115在50.0 g/L的YZ处理下,根系活跃吸收面积分别比对照提高257.00%和46.78%;100.0g/L的YZ显著降低抗氧化酶活性,增加过氧化物积累;主成分分析表明,2个品种均以50.0g/L的YZ处理促进作用最强。适当浓度的YZ可有效缓解低温胁迫对秧苗生长的抑制作用,主要表现为枯萎叶片减少,鲜重、苗高、茎粗显著增加,过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性显著增加,丙二醛含量显著降低。YZ对秧苗耐冷性的影响在品种间存在差异,主成分分析得出,相对于其他浓度的YZ,25.0 g/L的YZ处理能较好地缓解德香4103秧苗的低温胁迫,而50.0 g/L的YZ处理能较好地缓解宜香优2115的低温抑制作用。综上,适当浓度的YZ有利于水稻秧苗生长并提高其耐冷性,这将促进脱油油樟叶资源化利用,带动油樟产业的可持续发展。 Cinnamomum longepaniculatum is an economically important tree species in Sichuan Province.With the expansion of the extraction and processing industry of essential oils of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum,more and more deoiled leaf residues have been generated,and its resource utilization has become a key problem to be solved.In this study,with two rice varieties,Dexiang 4103 and Yixiangyou 2115,as materials,different concentrations of water extract of deoiling Cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaves(YZ)were sprayed on rice seedlings to study the effects of YZ on the growth and cold tolerance of rice seedlings.The results showed that the appropriate concentration of YZ in normal temperature culture significantly improved the aboveground fresh weight,seedling height and leaf age.In Dexiang 4103 and Yixiangyou 2115 treated with 50.0 g/L YZ,the active root absorption area was increased by 257.00%and 46.78%,respectively,compared with the control.100.0 g/L of YZ significantly decreased antioxidant enzyme activity and increased peroxide accumulation.Principal component analysis showed that 50.0 g/L YZ treatment had the strongest promoting effect on both varieties.Appropriate concentration of YZ effectively alleviated the inhibitory effect of low temperature stress on seedling growth,which mainly showed that the withered leaves were reduced,fresh weight,seedling height and stem diameter were significantly increased,peroxidase and catalase activities were significantly increased,and malondialdehyde content was significantly decreased.The effect of YZ on the cold tolerance of seedlings was different among varieties.Principal component analysis showed that compared with other concentrations of YZ,25.0 g/L YZ treatment could better alleviate the low temperature stress of Dexiang 4103 seedlings,while 50.0 g/L YZ treatment could better alleviate the low temperature inhibition of Yixiangyou 2115 seedlings.In conclusion,the appropriate concentration of YZ is conducive to the growth of rice seedlings and improve their cold tolerance,which will promote the resource utilization of deoiling Cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaves and promote the sustainable development of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum industry.
