摘要
为解决乌海矿区智能化建设面临的透明地质保障问题,选择利民煤矿I030902工作面运输巷开展随掘地震探测工程,依托已有工业环网构建井地随掘地震实时数据传输网络和监测预报系统,在掘进机正常作业的同时,将巷道内采集的随掘地震数据实时传输至地面监控中心,经过数据筛选、脉冲化和偏移成像等步骤实现巷道掘进前方断层的随掘随探,共跟踪掘进长度1 268 m,为期54 d,预报6处断层,准确率75%,最大平面摆动误差6 m,验证效果较好。结果表明:随掘地震探测系统能够在巷道掘进的同时实现巷道前方断层的超前预报和跟踪探测,对多条断层具有良好的成像效果,可准确预测断层位置并及时反馈,保障了巷道掘进作业的安全高效开展。
In order to solve the problem of transparent geological support faced by the construction of coal mine intellectualization in Wuhai,a detection project of seismic while driving was carried out in the I030902 haulage roadway of Limin coal mine.Relying on the existing industrial Ethernet established the real-time data transmission network and monitoring system of the seismic while excavating.While the tunneling machine is working,the seismic data in this roadway will be acquired and transmitted to the ground monitoring center in real time.Through data screening,pulsing and migration imaging,the fault in front of the roadway will be detected.A total of 1268 m of driving length was tracked for 54 days,and 6 faults were predicted with an accuracy rate of 75%,and the maximum error was 6 m.The results show that the detection system of seismic while excavating can realize the advance prediction and tracking detection of the faults in front of the roadway while the roadway is being excavated,and has good imaging effect on multiple faults.It can accurately predict the fault location and timely feedback to geological survey department,ensuring the safe and efficient development of the roadway excavation operation.
