截割参数对采煤机截齿受力影响研究

摘要 分析了采煤机截割实际情况,确定了截割半径、牵引速度、滚筒转速、煤层介质等截割影响参数;运用仿真和试验的方法研究了采煤机截齿在实际工况下作业时受力情况。仿真和试验结果表明:不同截割参数下,采煤机截齿截割力均呈现先增加后减小的趋势;不同截割参数下,截齿截割力峰值不同;采煤机截齿截割力试验值与仿真值基本一致,且最大相对误差为5%,试验验证仿真分析准确性,该研究为采煤机截齿受力特性的改善和疲劳寿命的提高提供借鉴。 The actual situation of shearer cutting,and determines the cutting radius,traction speed,drum speed,and the influence parameters of coal medium cutting have been analyzed by using simulation and test methods,the stress of shearer pick under actual working conditions has been studied.The simulation and test results show that under different cutting parameters,the cutting force of the shearer picks increases first and then decreases;under different cutting parameters,the peak value of pick cutting force is different.The cutting force test value of shearer pick is basically consistent with the simulation value,and the maximum relative error is 5%.The test verifies verifies the accuracy of simulation analysis,and the study provides reference for improving the stress characteristics and fatigue life of shearer.
