磨牙棒是辅助性功能食品。通过Incopat专利数据库对国内磨牙棒专利数据进行检索,从申请数量趋势、申请人排名、专利类型分布等对磨牙棒专利进行格局分析。结果表明,磨牙棒的创新研发处于缓慢增长阶段,磨牙棒的外观设计、装置设备、原料创新成为技术研发热点。通过对磨牙棒专利的分析,以期为磨牙棒相关专利申请提供一定参考。

Molar rod are auxiliary functional foods.Domestic patent data and landscape of molar rod are performed by Incopat patent database from application number trends,applicant ranking,patent type distribution and so on.The results show that innovative development of molar rod is in the slow growth phase.Appearance design,device equipment,and stock innovation of molar rod have been hot spots for current technology.By analysis of the molar rod patent,it is expected to provide a certain reference for future applications of molar rod patents.
