大健康视域下面点专业课程思政建设的思考与探索

Reflection and Exploration on the Ideological and Political Construction of Pastry Specialty Courses from the Perspective of Great Health

立德树人是学校育人的根本任务,各专业课要进行教学改革,开展课程思政建设,共同育人。文章分析了面点专业课程思政建设存在的问题,提出应从专业整体出发,进行统筹规划和建设,教师应加强自身的思政素养和业务积淀,在教学中身教更能潜移默化,润物于无声。

Cultivating morality and cultivating talents is the fundamental task of school education.Teaching reform should be carried out in various professional courses,and ideological and political construction should be carried out to jointly cultivate talents.This article analyzes the problems in the ideological and political construction of pastry specialty courses,and proposes that we should start from the overall professional perspective to carry out planning and construction,and that teachers should strengthen their own ideological and political literacy and professional accumulation,and that teachers can use their own actions to subtly influence and nourish students in silence in teaching.
