基于创新能力驱动的混合式教学在“人体生理学”课程中的应用

摘要 “人体生理学”是食品专业的一门基础课程,也是研究人体生命活动规律的一门学科。“人体生理学”使学生掌握人体系统的基本结构及功能、各个器官和细胞之间的相互作用机制及调节机理,可以为食品检验、营养食品的研发等提供基本原理及方法思路。人体生理学理解难度较大、知识点复杂且分散,给学生在各个学习阶段带来不同程度的挑战。因此,转换学习模式的趋势日益凸显,基于创新能力驱动的混合式教学在“人体生理学”课程的应用能够大大提高教学效果,同时使学生的学习进度顺利进行、培养学生的兴趣及创新思辨能力的提高,也为其他课程教学的整改提供了依据和理论指导。 “Human Physiology”is a basic course of food specialty and a subject to study the law of human life activities.“Human Physiology”enables students to master the basic structure and function of the human body system,the interaction mechanism and regulation mechanism between various organs and cells,and can provide basic principles and methods for food inspection and the development of nutritious food.It is difficult to understand human physiology,and the knowledge points are complex and scattered,which brings different degrees of challenges to students in each learning stage.Therefore,the trend of transforming learning mode is becoming more and more prominent.The application of blended teaching based on innovation ability driving in“Human Physiology”course can greatly improve the teaching effect.At the same time,it can make students’learning progress smoothly,cultivate students’interest and improve their innovative thinking ability.It also provides the basis and theoretical guidance for the rectification of other course teaching.
