大健康背景下“运动营养学”课程教学改革与实践

摘要 研究以大健康理念为背景,探讨了在“运动营养学”课程中进行教学改革的实践和效果。其目的在于通过案例分析和学习效果评估,展示“运动营养学”教学内容设置在培养学生综合素养和适应大健康时代需求方面的潜力,为教育界探索更具创新性和适应性的教学模式提供借鉴。通过重新构建教学理念、设计与择取教学内容,并在教学实验中加以验证。得出以下结论:重构教学理念、明确教学目标、正确设置教学内容,是实现大健康背景下“运动营养学”课程教学改革的必经之路。通过对比实验前后的测试结果可以看出,大健康背景下“运动营养学”教学内容的设置,对学生的“运动营养学”理论知识以及体质健康测试的整体水平具有重要的促进作用。 This study is based on the concept of great health,and explores the practice and effectiveness of teaching reform in the“Sports Nutrition”course.Its purpose is to demonstrate the potential of the teaching content of“Sports Nutrition”in cultivating students’comprehensive literacy and adapting to the needs of the era of big health through case analysis and learning effectiveness evaluation,providing reference for the educational community to explore more innovative and adaptable teaching models.By reconstructing teaching concepts,designing and selecting teaching content,and verifying through teaching experiments,the following conclusion is drawn:reconstructing teaching concepts,clarifying teaching objectives,and correctly setting teaching content are the necessary paths to achieve the teaching reform of“Sports Nutrition”course in the context of great health.By comparing the test results before and after the experiment,it can be seen that the setting of“Sports Nutrition”teaching content in the context of general health has an important promoting effect on students’theoretical knowledge of“Sports Nutrition”and the overall level of physical health testing.
