北疆地区2021年度饮料类食品抽检结果调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Sampling Inspection Results of Drinks in Northern Xinjiang in 2021

摘要 对新疆北疆地区(包括乌鲁木齐市、昌吉州、伊犁州、塔城地区、阿勒泰地区、克拉玛依市和博州)流通环节和生产环节的饮料进行监督抽检,并对监测结果进行综合性评价。监督抽检共计抽取9类饮料,170批次,涉及参数指标32项,并对监测结果进行数据统计和分析评价。监督抽检结果表明,在北疆地区抽取的170批次饮料中,检出不合格产品11批次,产品总体不合格率6.47%。不合格产品涉及5项参数、3类饮料,不合格参数分别为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、防腐剂混合使用时各自用量占其最大使用量的比例之和、电导率和铜绿假单胞菌,3类饮料分别为饮用纯净水、其他饮用水和果、蔬汁饮料。2021年度北疆地区的饮料主要不合格参数来源于食品添加剂、微生物和质量指标,其中果蔬汁饮料中超范围、超限量使用食品添加剂问题较为突出,包装饮用水的主要问题集中在微生物污染和特征性质量指标。 To supervise and inspect on drinks in circulation link and production link in northern Xinjiang(including Urumqi,Changji Prefecture,Yili Prefecture,Tarbagatay Prefecture,Altay Prefecture,Kelamayi and Bortala Prefecture)and to evaluate the detection results,a total of 170 batches of 9 types of drinks were selected in this supervision and sampling inspection,involving 32 kinds of parameter indicators,and the monitoring results were statistically analyzed and evaluated.The results of supervision and sampling inspection showed that there were 11 batches of unqualified products,and the overall unqualified rate was 6.47%in 170 batches of drinks which were extracted in northern Xinjiang.The unqualified products included 5 kinds of parameters and 3 types of drinks.The unqualified parameters were sodium benzoate,potassium sorbate,sum of the proportion of each dosage to the maximum usage of preservatives when mixed,electrical conductivity and pseudomonas aeruginosa.The unqualified drinks included drinking purified water,other drinking water and juice.The main unqualified parameters of drinks in northern Xinjiang in 2021 were food additives,microorganisms and quality indicators.The problems of using food additives beyond the scope and limit were more prominent in juice.The main problems of drinking water were focused on microbial contamination and characteristic quality indicators.
