Building Autonomy in Uncertainties:Daily Labor Practice and Its Reflection of Digital Nomad

数字技术在重塑就业形态的同时也带来劳动的新异化。而数字游民凭借“信息技术”赋予的劳动资本,“工休融合”的劳动理念以及“循环流动”的劳动策略,持续型塑着自由灵活的工作体验。同时在承继了游牧主义理念下“适应管理”“生计镶嵌”“集体网络”三重技艺的基础上,得以将日常劳动情境中面临的“不确定性”转化为“渐确定性”,从而建构起稳固的主体性空间。此外,作为跨国劳动实践与全球化生活方式的微观缩影,数字游民的自主性本质上是源于对数字资本主义的适应而非挑战,并且随着自反性的身份建构实现再生产。

Digital technology not only reshapes the employment pattern,but also causes the new alienation of labor,which constantly erodes the autonomy of workers.Digital nomads,by virtue of the labor capital endowed by"information technology",the labor concept of"integration of work and rest"and the labor strategy of"circular flow",continue to shape a free and flexible labor experience.At the same time,it is on the basis of inheriting the triple skills of"complex adaptation","livelihood mosaics"and"collectivization enactment"from the perspective of"nomadism"that it can transform the"uncertainty"faced in daily labor situations into"being-certainty",thus constructing a stable autonomous space.In addition,as a microcosm of transnational labor practice and global lifestyle,the autonomy of digital nomads essentially stems from adaptation to digital capitalism rather than challenge,and can be reproduced with reflexive identity construction.
