摘要
以电力机车辅助控制单元为研究对象,分析了其工作原理和核心技术,阐述了在研制过程中开展的可靠性建模预计及可靠性分配工作,结合该对象在实际运用中的故障数据,验证了可靠性指标,结果表明,辅助控制单元的可靠性符合研制要求。最后,结合预计分配结果和实际运行数据,总结了针对性的优化措施,为辅助控制单元的研制提供参考。
Taking the auxiliary control unit of electric locomotives as the research object,the paper analyzes its working principle and core technology,and elaborates the reliability modeling prediction and allocation work during the development process.Combined with the fault data of the object in practical application,the reliability indicators were verified.The results show that the reliability of the auxiliary control unit meet the development requirements.Finally,based on the expected allocation results and actual operating data,targeted optimization measures are summarized,which provide references for the development of auxiliary control units.
